This role maintains our organisational systems, partnership tracking, and internal tools while supporting the Executive Committee in strengthening our operational foundations. Ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys creating order and efficiency. Approximately 5–8 hours per week.

The Communications Manager shapes how UBHub presents itself to the world. This role leads our external communications strategy, including how we tell our story and share our impact. This person will manage our website and social media presence, and ensure consistency in our visual brand and messaging. Ideal for someone with strong written communication skills and experience in social media or marketing. Approximately 4–6 hours per week.

The Regions Manager leads our Regions Programme, which connects UBHub with cities, local governments, and practitioners around the world. This role provides strategic direction, supports Regional Leads across our global network, and serves as the key liaison between Regional Teams and the Executive Committee. Ideal for someone with programme management experience and strong interpersonal skills. Approximately 6–10 hours per week.​

The Regions Programme Administrator provides essential administrative and logistical support to the Regions Programme. This role maintains data and supports communications and logistics across regions. An excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop organisational and coordination skills. Approximately 3–5 hours per week.​
